Experienced UX Designer

This is a full-time position at our Roseville, CA office (near Sacramento)

We’ve won some exciting big-brand projects, and need another UX Designer with strong visual design skills. This position requires experience with an agile or user-centered design process and superior communication skills.

What's the Job?

What you'll be doing (at least at first):

• Collaborating with a project team to develop project design strategy
• Participating in project brainstorming/ideation
• Developing wireframes, task flows, and process diagrams
• Creating full-fidelity visual design for online interfaces
• Producing designs to HTML/CSS/JavaScript

You'll have expertise in these areas:

• Adobe CS4+ (we use CS5.5)
• UX-related processes and techniques
• Strong project portfolio that includes examples of business-focused online interfaces
• 3+ years of active design experience
• Current HTML/CSS/JavaScript production standards

Expertise in any of these areas would sweeten the deal:

• Mobile design
• Interaction design
• User research methods
• Usability testing
• A/B or MV testing techniques and platforms
• Analytics analysis
• Project management, motivating teams, and mentoring others
