What We're Working on Now
- We just finished a rapid investigative user research project for a software company that uncovered several major areas for improvement in how they promote and deliver their software’s free trial version. One issue in particular – a technical platform issue the company hadn’t been aware of – is already being corrected, and should significantly improve their installation rate.
- We conducted a study of the account creation process for a major financial services company. The study included live moderated usability testing, eye tracking, and user interviews. Study results and our recommendations are providing momentum for major improvements.
