What We're Working on Now
- We're conducting a deep review of a specialized ecommerce process for a major multichannel retailer. So far we've completed initial on-site ethnographic research at one of the retailer’s brick-and-mortar locations, where we observed customer interactions in person. Now, we’re in the midst of heuristic, analytics, and competitive reviews.
- We recently delivered a site navigation redesign for an enterprise client. Leading into the UX design phase we conducted a broad range of analysis, reviews, usability testing and other user research over a number of months. The new navigation scheme is now heading into live site tests.
- We're helping a financial services client figure out how to improve their customer onboarding process. We spent about a week on an initial review and usability study of the system, and just provided some quick hit improvement recommendations.
